⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a family of four visiting from New Jersey with two boys, we weren’t sure what to expect, but Plazuelas Mexican Restaurant absolutely exceeded our expectations. The food tasted incredibly authentic and was some of the best Mexican food we’ve had. The fish tacos were fresh and packed with flavor, the shrimp taco was outstanding, and the burrito was excellent. Even the complimentary chips and salsa were phenomenal—we couldn’t stop eating them while waiting for our meal. What really completed the experience was the service. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. If you’re in the area and looking for authentic Mexican food with amazing flavors and outstanding service, don’t hesitate to stop here. We would absolutely come back on our next trip!

OMG! What has happened to this place. I use to go there but now I am looking for a new local Mexican restaurant. I called to put in a order and the person on the other phone actually said the y would put me on hold. Instead of hold the phone was put down. We hung up and tried to call back. That was a joke because we couldn't get a hold of anybody for the next 10 minutes. Just a heads up with the prices of the food this is the 1st Mexican restaurant that charges for chips and salsa. Yup, $4.00 for enjoying a classic with what you are already paying. Oh, it gets better. The service is awful. If you need to find your waiter just go to the back area. They disappear back there and you will not find them again. This place was one of my favorites, just to be disappointed. Oh it gets better....you think El Cids would be any better. No...I am not a negative Nancy but this is awful and just keeps getting worse. I usually support our local restaurant but this is ridiculous and discouraging.
