About

Priest Station Café sits right on the Priest Grade section of Highway 120, one of the classic approaches into Yosemite from the west, and it's been run by the same family for six generations. The result is the kind of straightforward, generous cooking that keeps travelers stopping on their way up — or down — the grade: burgers, breakfast plates, salads, and a rotating beer and wine list served in a casual, mural-lined dining room with a shaded patio.

What Regulars Order

The burgers are the reason most people remember this place — reviewers single out the house special burger alongside dishes like the Priest au Poivre and a brisket-and-soup combo. Breakfast draws its own following too, with avocado toast and homemade potato chips coming up again and again, plus milkshakes to go with the burgers.

Kind of expensive and limited outdoor seating options for leashed dog on patio. Our server was nice but the other girls there just stared at us. Good location to get food after Yosemite

Beautiful location, great variety for all types of cravings, exceptional hospitality. Our hostess was kind, funny, and attentive enough to know when we needed something and when to just let us chat and eat. Such a delicious meal.
