Yosemite Buns & Shakes
Diner burgers, shakes, and Philly cheesesteaks in Oakhurst
About
Yosemite Buns & Shakes is a well-known diner in Oakhurst serving American- and Greek-style comfort food out of unassuming digs — burgers, sandwiches, and shakes rather than anything fancy. With a 4.3-star average across more than 1,600 reviews, it's built a loyal following of regulars who keep coming back for the same handful of dishes.
What Regulars Order
The Western Burger gets called out repeatedly as a go-to, and the double smash burger and Philly cheesesteak sandwich show up just as often in reviews as table favorites. Sides lean into chili cheese fries, onion rings, and zucchini sticks, and there's soft-serve ice cream plus a sized-up kids' menu for families traveling with children. An Oreo shake is a specific standout mentioned by name.

Super slow drive-thru service. Food was pretty good, but expensive. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak and got something else entirely.

The service bad, the burgers were good but the sandwiches were terrible. We paid 15$ for a patty and one slice of cheese. If you want to go there I’d only recommend the burgers.
