We had an enjoyable stay. We would like to express our appreciation to Chase, who was working at the front desk during our stay. One day, our friend sustained a small cut while loading the luggages. Chase immediately offered his assistance and promptly provided a first aid kit. He showed genuine concern and care. His exceptional service and kindness make a positive different to our stay.
