I stayed at Bill and Nancy's with 2 friends in the summer of 2022. They share a beautiful home that is full of character. My friends and I were able to travel to Yosemite valley without difficulty from their home, and upon our return, we slept soundly in our rooms which were clean, comfortable, and well equipped with bathroom essentials. A delicious and healthy breakfast was served by Nancy in the morning. Bill and Nancy are gracious and ever-friendly hosts, always up for conversation and respectful of our privacy as guests. When I find myself in the area again I will be sure to reach out! 5/5

Our drive through Mariposa County and around Bear Valley will be remembered very fondly. The views were stunning and there were hardly any other cars around in early February 2021. We would like to do it again sometime soon and then check out the Mariposa Farmhouse.

Bill and Nancy are phenomenal hosts. Great historical BnB with a beautiful room. They served us yummy yet healthy breakfasts and were great conversationalist. We are so glad we stayed there even though its a little ways from the town.
