Excellent location, the pool is very nice, it has a barbecue grill and a bonfire at night, only the hot water runs out quickly but I liked it, it just needs a little TLC to be better

DO NOT BOOK HERE. My experience in Spanish because I need to vent. Not even the devil could sleep in the hell that this torture has been. To begin with, no one attends to you until after 3:00 PM (with a double meaning, since they can't give you a refund and finding another hotel after that time will be more difficult, meaning they end up forcing you to stay in this RAT AND COCKROACH DEN). They charged us $220 for one night, showing us photos that, in hindsight, were taken from the internet. I can't even explain how unsafe and strange the whole thing is. When we arrived at 3:00 PM, they told us that wasn't the place where we would sleep, but rather in a house 5 minutes away (they offered it to us as if to make us feel better about going further than we actually were). Another, "bigger" house... God, I still don't know what sin I've paid for with this accommodation; but I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. When we arrived in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by hares, coyotes, bears, and who knows what other animals. The front door was okay. But once inside, it smelled like the oldest book in a library (the kind of book no one ever reads). It had a large window overlooking the patio for barbecues (using the same charcoal and food scraps from about three months ago). On top of everything, I don't know how we noticed that one of the doors in the window was damaged, and they were trying to hide it by putting a nightstand in its place to prop it open (if my friends the coyotes and bears decided to come in, they had free rein). The water in the first bathroom was a joke, a nightmare—ice-cold water with a stream only two millimeters thick. It took two hours to shower completely. To top it all off, the oven didn't work. Cockroaches were suffering and dying in the traps they'd set. Used towels, used soap! And what finally broke the camel's back was that when I tried to open my bedroom door, it was so old it fell off (and they still wanted to charge me for a house that's falling apart). God, I felt like I was in the story of the Three Little Pigs, waiting for the wolf to come. I huffed and puffed. And take this cabin away from the age of dinosaurs. So many bedbugs in the bed that I felt like they were talking to me from inside the pillow (screaming to be taken out). I don't know if the last cleaning was the day they inaugurated this insect nest. Not even Snow White lived with as many insects as we did that night. On top of everything! A sign saying to make the bed and wash the dishes or else you'll be charged. What happens to the money that includes cleaning? Oh my god, I was about to lose it! Save yourself the trouble.

I had low expectations going into this based on the reviews, but it was worse than I imagined. Blanket for futon had hair over it and an apple sticker on it—clearly not washed. Towels had dirt stains. Someone was doing remodeling/maintenance at 11 pm. Drawer had some sort of feces from a critter. Toilet was broken and after expressing our concerns with management, there were no efforts to make it up to us. I would have had a better nights rest sleeping in the car.

Room was completely uninhabitable. Found two live rodents inside, and the bedding had a foul odor. The front desk had no alternative rooms to offer.

I had very bad experience with the room # 6. The receptionist was very good person but the toilet was clogged when we arrived to the room, refrigerator was not cooling, AC was very loud, towels were used and not cleaned at all. One of the bed sheets were also not cleaned and lots of spiders everywhere. I would like to ask the management to consider allocating funds for the appliances and other upgrades to provide better experience to guests. I am giving 2 stars only because of the good receptionist. Otherwise it was worth only 1 star.
